Q: What is Uniket’s return policy?

A: Uniket has a 7 days return policy which means you can return your order anytime within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery as long as the product is in the original unused condition with all original tags intact and is not damaged.

However, in case of manufacturing defects,wrong/damaged product or missing product please feel free to contact us at care@gofynd.com or by using the ‘Chat with us’ option within 24 to 48 (twenty four to forty eight) hours after delivery. In case it is informed after 48 hours, we will not be able to investigate on this even if it highlighted within Return Period.

Q: How do I return a product on Uniket?

Q: How long would it take for me to receive the refund of the returned product?

A: Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 2-3 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store or warehouse depending on the payment mode you chose. Refunds will be processed within 2 hours from the time of receiving the product in store or warehouse in case the payment mode is pre-paid (i.e. Net Banking, UPI, Wallets etc.)

Q: How do I return multiple products from a single order?

A: There is an option to return multiple products from a single order. Go to My Orders & select the order in which you return a few products. Then click on return items & select your reason. After that, select the products you want to return.
Please note, this option is not available for set products.

Q: Does Uniket pick up the product I want to return from my location?

A: Yes, as long as your pick up address is the same as your delivery address.

Q: Why was my return request declined?

A: Your return request may be declined due to the following reasons.
Original tags are removed from the product.
Product is stained, damaged or torn.
Product is used or washed.

Q: Why did the return pickup of my product fail?

A: Return pickup of your product might fail if the return pickup executive was unable to locate your address or if no one was available at the address to hand over the product. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your mobile number.

Q: How do I request a pickup again if the first attempt failed?

A: If the first pickup attempt failed, we will set up another pickup date and time and communicate the same to you.

Q: What is Uniket’s exchange policy?

A: Unfortunately we don’t support exchanges for now. However you can return the product and place another order on our app/website.

Q: Can I get a store support number?

Q: What should I do if my payment fails?

A: You can retry using any other payment option.

Q: What should I do if my order fails but the amount has been deducted from my account?

A: Usually in such situations an Order ID will not be generated at our end and we will not be able to verify whether the amount has been deducted from your account. You can drop an email to inform us about the issue, however the best way to sort it out will be to contact your credit/debit card issuing company, bank or wallet which you used to make the payment. They will be easily able to reverse the charges and solve your issue at the earliest. Here are the customer care details of the most commonly used payment services.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

A: Unfortunately you cannot change the delivery address after placing an order through our app or website. However if your order is still in the processing state, you can cancel the order and place a new order with the new address.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. Once you open the page, you can get details regarding the order status of individual products in your order. We keep the status information of your order updated every few hours and also notify you in case of delays.

Q: My expected delivery date is past. Where is my product?

A: You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. We constantly update the status of your order and notify you via the app, email or SMS in case of late deliveries. If you haven’t received any communication from us regarding a late order for more than 48 hours, feel free to raise a ticket through the app/website or mail us at care@uniket.store

Q: Why is there a delay in delivery?

A: Although we strive for 100% on time delivery, delays happen sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances at our delivery team’s end. Q: Can I get my order delivered on a specific delivery date?

A: Unfortunately we cannot schedule order deliveries on specific dates.

Q: How can I check if Uniket delivers to my pincode?

A: There are two ways to check this:

  1. In the product details page, there is an option to check whether a product can be delivered to your pincode.

  2. During checkout, when you enter your address we do another check regarding whether the order can be delivered to your pincode.

Q: Does Uniket deliver products outside India?

A: No. Unfortunately we don’t deliver outside India for now.

Q: What is Uniket’s cancellation policy?

A: You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been picked up from the store by our delivery executive. We don’t charge any cancellation fee.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?

A: Although we strive to deliver each order we receive, we might be forced to cancel certain orders because of the following reasons

  1. The product is rejected during pick up by our executive due to quality issues and a fresh product is not readily available at any of the brand stores

  2. The product is Out of Stock and not available at any brand store in your city

  3. Our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product to your desired delivery location due to some unavoidable circumstance.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: To cancel an order go to My Orders section. Once you are in the My Orders section, you have the option to cancel your order. However if an order has already been picked up by the delivery executive, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Q: Can I edit the size of a product in my order?

A: Unfortunately this is not possible as the order processing happens as soon as you place an order. However you can cancel the order as long as it has not been picked up by our delivery executive and place a new order with the correct size.

Q: I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

A: Once you cancel an order, your refund will be processed in 2 - 3 working days depending on the payment mode you chose.

Q: What is Uniket’s refund policy?

A: If an order gets cancelled, we issue a full refund to the payment mode you used to pay for the order within 2 - 3 working days.

Q: Why is my refund not done yet?

A: Refunds usually take 2 - 3 working days to process. You will be intimated of any delays in the refund process through our app/website and emails. However, if you think your refund is delayed beyond that without any intimation from our side, please email care@uniket.store with your order id.

Q: What is the status of my refund?

A: You can check the status of your refund in the My Orders section.

Q: Why is there a mismatch in my refund amount?

A: In case there is a mismatch in the refund amount you can email care@uniket.store with your order id.

Q: How do I change the mobile number associated with Uniket?

A: Mobile number associated with your Uniket account cannot be edited as we use it as the unique identifier for a user. However, you can add a new contact number by going in ‘Profile’ section & adding a new phone number.

Q: Can I open the package and check the product before delivery?

A: No. Unfortunately you cannot open the package before delivery. If your order was prepaid, you can check the product after delivery is completed and raise a return request in case the product is damaged. If your order is COD, you have to make the payment before receiving the product and can raise a return request if the product is damaged.

Q: Do you have a gifting option while placing an order?

A: Sorry, at present we do not support gifting options.

Q: How do I list my brand on Uniket?

A: We are always looking to add new brands to our platform. All you have to do is drop a mail to sell@uniket.store and we will get back to you soon.

Q: Are there any requirements for getting listed on Uniket?

A: Yes there are. Please drop a mail to sell@uniket.store and we will get in touch with you with the list of requirements.

Q: Does Uniket charge a delivery fees?

A: Yes, there is a minimal delivery fee applicable on Uniket. And, this is how the slabs are:

  1. ₹199.00 on order upto ₹5,000
  2. ₹249.00 on order upto ₹10,000
  3. ₹299.00 on order upto ₹1,000,000

A: We sort the products based on their freshness and the latest products are shown foremost.

Q: Can you explain the hierarchy selection logic when there are more than one sellers?

A: A filter is available for the user to decide if they want to choose a seller that has best price and fastest delivery, solely best price or solely fastest delivery.

A: All businesses are equally important to us. It is our goal to provide a fair and secure environment for anyone who wants to sell their products with us.

Q: What is Uniket's Refer and Earn policy?

A: Uniket gives you the opportunity to get 2000 off on your order with minimum order value of Rs 10000. Share your referral code with your friends (Max Limit: 10). Once your friend downloads the app and applies your referral code, he/she will earn 2000 points which can be used against their next order placed within 3 weeks of using the referral code. You will also earn 2000 points for every friend who uses your referral code to join Uniket (Maximum 10 friends).
